If installation is difficult due to a size mismatch, we may contact you separately.

However, exchanges or refunds are not available for this reason.

We are unable to install items other than those included in the package at the attic.

You are free to purchase these items even if you do not use our mini-storage or attic moving services.

We also store items from Darak Moving in our indoor warehouse, where we maintain a comfortable environment through disinfection and 24-hour temperature and humidity control.

Attic Moving is a service that combines transportation and storage. To ensure the safety of your belongings during storage, you cannot visit the storage branch directly.
With Mini Storage, you can choose your preferred location and size, and use the space freely after signing the contract.
If you need transportation, you must request it separately through our pickup service.

Darak Moving is a moving service that combines transportation and storage, safely storing your belongings in an indoor warehouse during the move.

You will receive a text message containing a link to sign up on the branch opening date.
If you do not receive the text message or are unable to access the link, you can sign up via [Branch Information] on the Darak website or app.

Pre-orders are subject to a mandatory 3-month commitment period; if you cancel early, only the deposit will be refunded.

Pre-reservations require a mandatory 3-month commitment period, so when you sign the contract, you must pay the service fee for 3 months in advance, along with the security deposit. At that time, the 50,000 won reservation fee paid during the pre-reservation process will be deducted from the total.

Initial payment amount for pre-reservation contracts: Security deposit + 3 months’ service fee – Reservation fee (50,000 won)

Pre-registration benefits are valid for seven days, including the branch opening date, and cannot be canceled if unused.

The opening date is subject to change or cancellation due to natural disasters, contractor issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, your advance deposit will be fully refunded.

To maintain a clean and pleasant storage environment, there are no trash cans inside the attic, and disposing of trash is not permitted.
Since disposal may also be difficult in the building, please take any trash or waste generated while organizing your belongings with you.

If the door lock runs out of power, touch the 9V battery (rectangular battery) located in the lounge to the door lock for at least 10 seconds, then touch the keypad.
Once the keypad lights up, enter your passcode to open the storage room door, and replace the battery with the spare battery inside the lounge.

If there are no spare batteries in the lounge, please contact our customer service center.

Door lock passwords are not saved separately, so it is difficult to retrieve them.
If you contact the Darak Customer Service Center 1–2 weeks before your visit, we can reset the door lock so you can use it.

If you have already visited the branch, please contact the Darak Customer Service Center or our KakaoTalk channel. Please note that we may not be able to assist you immediately if you visit outside of business hours.

You can save your new password in My Page, so please keep this in mind when using the service.

Free parking is available; please check with each branch for parking payment details.

Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so it can be difficult to secure a spot.

If motion is not detected for a certain period of time, the branch may go into security mode.
To deactivate security mode, please use the same method you used to enter or exit the branch.
If security mode does not deactivate, please contact the Dallak Customer Service Center or the security company.

1. Recording, editing, reproducing, distributing, or providing to third parties any CCTV footage from facilities provided by the Company for the purpose of securing and verifying stored items
2. Leaking any materials related to the Company’s business—including these Terms and Conditions and the application form—to external parties without the Company’s consent; disclosing such materials online or in other public places; transmitting them to third parties; or misappropriating or using them for commercial purposes
3. Disposing of, stacking, or leaving items in common areas such as entryways, hallways, the reception area, the lounge, or elevators, or allowing stored items to come into contact with internal ceiling structures (such as mesh screens or ventilation systems), outside of the facilities contracted by the user
4. Acts that cause discomfort to others, such as smoking, drinking alcohol, shouting, disorderly conduct, or bringing in hazardous materials
5. Entering the premises with individuals other than the user or co-users, or entering with animals such as pets
6. Any other acts that may cause harm to other users or result in business losses for the Company, including illegal acts
7. Failure to comply with the regulations of the building or parking facilities where the Company’s facilities are located (e.g., vehicle access restrictions, usage guidelines)
8. Using various heating appliances, power tools, open flames, or liquids without the Company’s permission
9. Disposing of trash or contaminants in the Company’s facilities or in the common areas of the building where the facilities are located
10. Sleeping or staying overnight within the facilities
11. Any other acts that interfere with the Company’s business operations or cause harm to other users or the facilities

For more details regarding prohibited acts, please refer to Article 20 of the Darak Terms of Service.

1. Items that may spoil or decay at room temperature and may affect the storage facility environment (e.g., food, items posing a risk of attracting pests or foreign objects)
2. Items that may affect the storage environment (e.g., heat-generating items, other chemicals, dehumidifiers/humidifiers, electromagnetic devices)
3. Items containing illegal content (firearms, ammunition, stolen goods, drugs, etc.)
4. Explosive and flammable items (explosives, butane gas, volatile substances, alcohol, paint thinner, aerosols, fireworks, lighters, etc.)
5. All items or containers that may cause mold growth or fluctuations in temperature and humidity, such as animals, plants, dried flowers, liquids, and wet clothing
6. Cash, securities, precious metals, luxury goods, priceless works of art, and other irreplaceable items
7. Radioactive materials and other substances harmful to humans
8. Items for which the user’s ownership is uncertain or that are involved in illegal activities
9. Items that may cause damage to storage facilities, buildings, or other users (including other users’ stored items), or items requiring prior consultation with the company
10. Items that cannot be replaced (official seals, urgent documents, application forms, items that lose their value if not delivered by the deadline)
11. Items that exceed size specifications

Our mini-storage facilities are generally open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
However, due to building restrictions, branch operating hours or the availability of specific entrances may vary, so please be sure to check in advance via [Branch Guide > Branch Information] or the User Guide.

Disposal of items inside the branch is not permitted.
You must take all items you bring in, as well as any packaging or trash generated during transport, with you. If you dispose of any items without authorization, you may be charged for all associated disposal costs.

Carts and ladders are available.
You are free to use them, but please note that they cannot be taken outside the facility. Please return them to their original locations after use.

It’s okay to make changes.
Please restore the components to their original locations before submitting your termination request.

If you do not wish to use the unit’s components, you may remove them.
Please keep the components stored inside the unit while using it, as you will need to return the unit to its original condition upon contract termination.

We are unable to provide any additional items beyond the standard package.
If you require additional items, please purchase and use your own portable shelves or portable hangers.

Since the mini-storage facility is unstaffed, packages are delivered to the front of the branch.
You must pick up your package within 7 days of delivery; otherwise, it may be disposed of.

Please note that Darak is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, so please be aware of this when picking up your package.

Same-day service is available.

However, since first-time visitors may encounter difficulties using the branch, we recommend scheduling your first visit in advance. If you sign up close to the customer service center’s closing time, it may not be possible to start the service on the same day.

Depending on the security company contracted by the branch, access methods include fingerprint recognition, QR code scanning, and mobile card scanning.
You can check the access method for the branch you plan to visit under [Branch Guide > Branch Information] or in the User Guide.

You cannot change your reservation time; please make a new reservation for your desired date and time.
Since your access privileges expire once the reserved time has passed, you do not need to cancel your reservation.

In-person tours are currently unavailable at some locations.
You can check which locations offer tours under [Branch Information > In-Person Tours].

If the branch where you wish to sign a contract does not offer tours, please book a tour at one of the branches that does.
Please note that the facilities and size may vary by branch, so we ask that you review this information carefully.

We are expanding the number of branches where tours are available and will continue to work toward making tours available at all locations. 

Please make a reservation via [Branch Information > Guided Tour] to ensure you can enter the branch at your scheduled date and time.

Once you register as a Darak Family member, you will have the same access to and use of the branch as the Darak Family representative (contract holder).
Only the Darak Family representative can view contract details, make changes to the contract, or terminate the contract.

Up to three people can register for the Darak Family program.

Pickup service can be scheduled starting the day after your request is submitted. Please select your preferred date and time.

However, please note that the pickup time or date may be subject to change due to the carrier’s schedule.

Yes, we offer a pickup service.
You can request the pickup service under [My Page > Pickup Service] after completing your contract.

Units are assigned randomly at the time of signing the contract.
You can change your unit only before you actually move in, but there may not be any vacancies in your preferred location.

If you request to cancel your subscription outside of customer service hours, the cancellation will be processed the following day, and your service will end as of the date of your request.

Once you have completed the contract, you can view this information via the AlimTalk notification we send regarding branch usage details.
You can also view this information under [My Page > Usage History].

To terminate your contract, please submit a termination request via the Darak app or website by taking a photo of the empty space no later than the day before your regular payment date.
Darak will review the photo and process the contract termination.
If you do not follow the contract termination procedure outlined above, termination will not be possible, and you will be charged the usage fee.

How to Terminate
1. Please log in to the Darak app or website.
2. Go to [My Page > Darak Usage Information].
3. Select the location/unit you wish to terminate.
4. Click [Request Termination].
5. Take a photo of the empty unit and submit it. (You cannot upload a saved photo.)

You can continue using the unit by terminating your current contract and signing a new one for the desired size (location).

To terminate your contract, please take a photo of the empty space and submit a termination request via the Dallak app or website by the day before your next scheduled payment date.

Mini-storage units are rented on a monthly basis, with payments due each month.
While daily use is available, fees are billed at the monthly rate, and no prorated refunds are provided. Please note this.

You can begin using the service after signing up on our website.
To sign up, please select your preferred branch and size under [Branch Information].

Please note that a security deposit and one month’s service fee are required as an upfront payment when signing up.

With the exception of the mandatory one-month initial term, there is no set contract period for mini-storage units, and your contract is automatically renewed through monthly recurring payments.

If you wish to cancel your contract, please submit a cancellation request via the Dallak app or website by taking a photo of the empty unit no later than the day before your next recurring payment date.

Please select your desired location under [Branch Information] on the Darak website and check the [Unit Information] on the branch details page.
If there are no available units, we will notify you that there are no units left, so you can easily check.

Discounts cannot be combined; if a discount overlaps with another discount policy, the discount with the higher rate will be applied.

If your payment fails, we will continue to attempt the transaction starting the next day until it is successful.
If the payment failed due to an issue with your registered card, please follow the steps below to change your card.

We accept credit, debit, and corporate cards for payment of mini-storage fees.
You will register your card once when signing the contract, and payments will be automatically charged to that card on the designated payment date each month.

Additionally, if you consent to receive marketing communications, you’ll be able to quickly access the various benefits offered by Darak.

We do not offer installment payments.

If you need to pay in installments, you can use the installment service provided by your credit card company. However, please note that the terms of service vary by card issuer and fees may apply, so we recommend contacting your credit card company directly for detailed information. 

A security deposit is required. The amount may vary depending on the unit, so please check the exact amount under [Checkout].
When you sign the contract, you will be required to pay the security deposit and one month’s rental fee in advance. The security deposit will be refunded at the end of the contract.

Mini-storage rates vary by location and unit size, so we recommend checking them under [Location Guide > Select Location > Unit Information].

Since it is difficult to accurately determine the size of the items you plan to store, our customer service team is unable to specify a unit size for you.
